1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nn7 platform at nn7.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. nn7 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the nn7 platform, in accordance with applicable regulations in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed. nn7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify nn7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. nn7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Do not share your account details with any third party, and do not allow others to use your account to place wagers on your behalf.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the nn7 platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment methods including GCash. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name; third-party funding is not permitted. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as outlined in the platform's payment guidelines. nn7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any required verification checks. Any fees associated with payment processing are the responsibility of the account holder unless otherwise stated.

5. Wagering Rules and Fair Use

All wagers placed on nn7 must comply with the betting rules applicable to each product, whether sports betting, live casino, or slots. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and may vary by game type, market, or event. nn7 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, that results from a technical fault, or that is suspected to have been placed in bad faith or through the use of automated systems. Players must not exploit errors in odds, pricing, or game mechanics; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided and the account may be suspended. Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, and any other form of fraudulent wagering activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. All wagers are final once confirmed, and nn7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, nn7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension. nn7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control. nn7 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits nn7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the nn7 platform.
